Absolutely. We manage the entire process, including building permits, town planning (where required), and navigating heritage overlays. Our team ensures your project is compliant, approved, and ready to move forward with confidence.

To keep you informed without added stress, we provide access to a dedicated online client portal where you can track progress in real time — including permits, plans, invoices, weekly updates, and photos from your registered builder. You’ll always know where things stand, without needing to be on-site.

Yes. Dreamline Homes is a fully registered builder and holds all required licenses and insurances to complete your extension or renovation with confidence.
